A movement that started with breakfast

Since 2011, LDNI has grown from a small group of passionate practitioners into Nigeria's leading L&D professional network.

In May 2011, nine visionary L&D professionals returned from the ATD conference in Orlando, Florida, determined to revolutionize talent development in Nigeria. They started with Saturday morning breakfast meetings — sharing ideas, challenges, and best practices.

Today, LDNI is a beacon for excellence in Learning & Development — with a strong governance structure, three active regions, and a mission to be the platform for advancing L&D solutions and business practice across Nigeria.
