The network Africa's L&D leaders actually show up for

May 2011. Nine L&D professionals flew home from the ATD conference in Orlando with the same question: Why doesn't Nigeria have this? A real profession, with standards, with a community, with people who take talent development as seriously as the rest of the world already does. So they started meeting on Saturday mornings, over breakfast, before Nigeria's L & D industry had a name for itself.

Today, that breakfast table has grown into four active Chapters, a governance structure built to last, and a standing mission to be the platform where Nigeria's L&D solutions and business practice actually advance, not just get discussed.
